SimCity BuildIt Parisian Home Issues
I have started playing SimCity Buildit maybe two months ago now and I’ve been an active player. I am level 24, and since I was like level 12 or so, the Parisian Homes task bubble has been sitting on one of my buildings. As most of yall know, you can’t remove the building until you’ve completed the task. I started the task, built the airport, had however many sims I needed in my town, however, once it got to building the Parisian homes, I cannot build them because the items needed to build them aren’t unlocked for me until Level 32. You can’t destroy the homes either, and now I can’t build new ones to help me level up or anything until i complete building the Parisian ones. I have tried talking to support on the game, yet they take days to even respond, and any of their responses have been things that don’t help at all. They told me I just needed to buy the items from the trading depot or from my club members, but I asked my club members if you can acquire items if you aren’t the level to unlock them, and they said no. I have to be level 32 to unlock these items. Now I am stuck in the game as I can’t really do anything to help myself level up fast or literally anything. And what sucks more is that EA doesn’t do refunds at all!!! I’ve spent money on the game just to basically come to a pit stop and not be able to play anymore. EA please fix this issue because it is really aggravating.
Random train track. Unable to remove. Help!
When I started to add track to an area I found that it started to place it not on the aligned grid and when I tried to remove it it would not allow me to select it for removal. So now that are is unusable and no building etc can be placed over it. Any ideas how to remove it?
Make new Game on Mobile and Desktop with much more fun
The game is limited compared to PC version from 2013 because of lacking a lot of features like adjusting bridge hight build tunnels and much more like upgradable Buildings and have options for Farming fishing Military Bases and have zones for defense from attacks from other players and have a huge look at map where we see players nearby and exchange Electricity power water and more and all from real work country specializations and Old SimCity PC games so please make a new game available on Mobile and if possible also on PC with Cross play with all those possibilities and more from in depth gameplay for each aspect of buildings and highly detailed visuals and enhanced graphics and animations as well as vibrant colors and options to adjust graphics based to prefer Graphics or PerformanceGame Center and Apple Arcade related and more features for the game

I think it’s not because my design was too ugly that no one voted for me. I always got high scores before and entered the platinum level, so I think there was something wrong with the voting system these times. I didn't get any votes in the last two challenges. I do uploaded my design every time, but during the voting period, my page only shows that voting is in progress, and then I did not receive any votes after the voting ended. So I don't know what's wrong with the voting system.Did not receive purchased content
Hi I purchased two deals it was $9.99 for 50,000 coins I tried it twice both payments were completed but did not receive the coins I read on other forms that you have to open a ticket to contact support unfortunately none of the other forms they were to open a ticket if anybody could guide me in the right direction that'd be excellent thank you.Seasonal Purchases
I just recently bought the 11,000 green coins for 10.99. Each payment went through but my rewards did not show up. The coins even moved on the screen like they usually do but the coins did not show up. I did this three times and nothing worked. I have lost money because of this. I can’t find proof of purchase that they need to be able to get a refund because it was on appple pay. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.
