CAS Camera Glitch
CAS camera zooming in on hands (fingernail view) for bracelets and rings, cannot zoom out.
Playing on Mac.

this needs to be reverted
I don't much care for the changes to the UI in general, but, the changes to CAS are difficult to work with in the updated UI.
I am one of the older generation of Simmers, I am reminded of an old saying. When a young person says I have a good idea, the older more experiences heads say, "Sonny, you have No idea".😆
This isn't a glitch I think but it's just that it's letting you see the nails but I think it would be better if we can zoom out so we can see how it goes with the outfit. We should also be able to zoom in close-up on the hands when looking at rings because it's hard to see them fully zoomed in at the moment.
Yeah this sucks. I have so many cc accessories that have to be tagged as bracelets/rings but are physically something else. I need to be able to zoom out
With this change you can't see one of new bracelets from the Businesses & Hobbies pack while picking a color, so you have to pick a color then switch to another category so it zooms out for you to see it then click back on bracelets to change the color etc etc
This is a nice add, for zooming in and seeing it but it needs to let us zoom out while in the same category
Juast adding on. Not being able to zoom out makes using this category so tedious. I know some folks wanted the zoom in, but we don't have an "arms" slot, so bracelets covers a lot for mods, like arm accesories and hand held items. This should really be tweaked or reverted so we can actually see what we are doing.

I don't mind zooming in on rings but I want to be able to zoom out if I want to without having to switch categories. Why in the world are we forced to stay zoomed in? I put accessories that don't have a slot such as belly piercings in the ring slot, now I can't see what it looks like without switching categories. Make it like bracelets, zoom in but we CAN zoom out, that works great.
They fixed the camera locking for the bracelet category but the rings category is still really annoying. I use quite a bit of CC that has other things in the ring category. I want them to at least allow the camera to zoom out. My favorite thing to do in game is makeovers and this change has annoyed me so much.
