Hello, can someone please help me?

I've been playing The Sims for years. Recently took a break and came back today and tried to open my gallery an error message popped up claiming I wasn't connected to the Internet.. Every other game on my ps5 works and is connected so why not Sims? 

Feel like we get nothing but headaches with this game.. Please fix your game so all of it's features can be utilised.
