How do I get my owned packs back?
When I first started playing the sims 4, I played from my PC. Now I have a ps4 but all the packs I bought and used say that I don't own them. I had most of the expansion packs and a few smaller ones. It says I'm playing on the same account but its only given me the base game. My EA account is linked and I can see old saves I used in my Gallery. Successful lineage aspiration not completing
I would like to know if any other console. Players are having any issues with the successful lineage. Aspiration, not completing like I've had 3 Sims make it to the top of their careers while still being in their parents household and it's not completing. I don't want to cheat it because I'm trying to get my trophies on the council, but at the same time it's annoying. Anyone else having this problem? Anything else that I can do? Should I try moving them out? I'm also working on a legacy. Every save file I have on Xbox one eventually stops saving and says Error: 0. How do I fix this? Or is it just a issue with sims 4 on the console? I also have tons of storage. Whenever I try loading into any household on this one save file I have it starts loading into it and then halfway through crashes and kicks me off the game and there's no error messages or anything telling me why this is happening. I play on Xbox 1S and so I don't have any cc or mods. I've already tried things like restarting and unplugging the xbox and my game and console are all up to date. Also I noticed its only happening in this one save file as I loaded another save file and I was able to load into the household. Idk what to do about my sims packs. I have 2 different ps5’s that I have purchased packs (online through the playstation store) on. For some reason even though they are purchased under my account I can’t access all the packs on either ps5. I can only access the ones purchased on that particular device. I’ve contacted PlayStation network, EA, researched online… I still can’t figure it out. I was told to do a hard reset on my PlayStation and “revoke certificates” which still does nothing. Example: if I want to play the cottage living pack I have to use the PlayStation in the living room. If I want to play the mermaid pack I have to play on the PlayStation in the bedroom. Island Living Map not working
I bought the Island Living expansion pack yesterday and after installing it I noticed the map doesn't work. It appears empty with no lots and I can't interact with it. I can access build and cas items though. I've tried reinstalling the game as a whole and all of the packs I already own but it still didn't change.Solved26Views0likes1Comment
Sim interacting with busy sim gets both stuck
Unfortunately, I have had this issue on my PlayStation4 since the last update. One sim will autonomously try to interact with another sim who is busy, for example cooking, or molding that lump of clay they so adore, or anything that keeps them occupied really. However, rather than the interaction cancelling itself or the sim just respectfully awaiting its turn, my sims get stuck in place with some kind of decision-making paralysis. Sometimes it's the sim that was already busy that gets suck, but it's often both of them. Actions keep queing up, as my sims desperately beg for food, sleep, and bathroom breaks. Yet, nothing happens, and they can only await their slow demise or, alternatively, my divine intervention. I have to reset it by having one of my other, non-stuck sims travel off lot or I have to completely reload my game before my poor sims starve :( Alas, these solutions are immersion-breaking too because loading screens take a long time, so I would much appreciate it if this issue was solved. I can't find it on this forum. This is my first time posting here. Is there anything being done about this issue? Some more info: No mods, no CC, no cheats. I have the following packs installed: Get to Work, Growing Together, Get Together, Get Famous, City Living, Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Discover University, Realm of Magic gamepack, Paranormal stuff, Romantic Garden stuff, and Castle Estates kit. Extremely long load times on INSTALLED game
Since purchasing the Life & Death pack on October 31, 2024, i have had long load times lasting 45+ minutes EVERY load UNLESS i play via cloud. The ONLY long load screen is waiting after signing in, for it to reach the main menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all packs several times over the months, i have cleared the cache, i have my console wired DIRECTLY to the router, and I've even bought external memory to put all other games on with only Dims 4 and COD installed on console. Still, 6½ months later, and I'm still having issues. If i play via cloud, i have no load time issues BUT it doesn't come up as a game pass game that i get xbox points for playing like other game pass games though it's on game pass. I bought the business and hobbies expansion pack and tried to load up a save on my sims. There was no problem loading into the home screen, but when I tried to load up my most recent save it freezes about 75% of the way through, I have deleted all my other saves except my most recent, I have restarted my xbox, I have even uninstalled my game and the 20 add ons I have, which was so time consuming and frustrating. I have paid so much money and spent the past 3 hours attempting to simply load into the game and keep getting stuck on the loading screen. I’m no longer able to access the content I purchased (City Living). On the world selection screen, I can’t select the world, but it shows “You already own this pack.” When I try to re-download the pack, I get an error (Error code: CE-109367-6). I can’t access any of the pack’s items or features. I’ve tried most of the suggested fixes, but none have worked. Reinstalling the game and rebuilding the PS5 database didn’t solve the issue either.
